Terms & Conditions of Product Washing & Servicing
Product servicing is an additional service that offered by Mamours to customers. It is not the warranty coverage.
– RM50 for washing only
– RM40 for servicing includes removal / cleaning / replenish lubricate / assembly of wheel and bearing
– RM90 for complete service, including washing and servicing
Customers are required to send the stroller/car seat to our Customer Service Centre for product servicing purpose.
Product servicing normally takes approximately 7 working days.
